How long do the pieces take to arrive?
The pieces will take a maximum of 5-7 working days to be delivered from the day after the orders are placed by your distributor.

How do I care for my garments?
Please follow the care instructions which are on the inside of the garment. If the item is labeled 100% silk or has some sort of embellishment its best to take special care with these items as they are more delicate. The best way to ensure the maintained quality of your delicate garment is to hand wash, particularly with silk. Fill the sink with cool water, and gently massage a liquid soap into the stained area.

Do I receive a guarantee?
Satisfaction is our priority and Constantina places emphasis on their quality management systems. Constantina strives to produce exclusive garments of the best quality product, at the best possible price.

Does Constantina have an exchange policy?
Constantina will happily exchange any items sold within 14 days of delivery. We do not exchange for change of mind. If the item is faulty we will happily replace or exchange within the 14 days. The goods must be unworn, in original condition with swing tags and labels attached. You simply need to email info@constantina.com.au and leave your name, distributor’s name and the style number with a description of the garment and the problem. Constantina will email the client back a RS (return stock) number. They will then need post the item to PO BOX 109 Paddington 2021. Please ensure that the item is returned by traceable post as Constantina does not accept any responsibility for missing goods.
