Refund policy

This Return and Exchange Policy is only available to all purchased ready to wear items from our Online Boutique.

Constantina Danis takes great pride in manufacturing quality products and checks each garment prior to dispatching. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Constantina Danis Online we will gladly exchange the item. Alternatively, if you are not satisfied with an exchange we will be happy to issue a store credit or full refund.

All exchange/refund requests are to be made within 7 working days from the initial date of receipt, pending the conditions below are complied with.

Please note that any SALE purchased or PROMO garment/s will NOT be refunded. An online store credit will be issued for the amount paid.

There is no refund or exchange issued on custom made or custom ordered items.

Custom made gowns are pre- booked and time allocated for the structure well in advance. Any cancellation of orders made after 6 weeks of initial consultation will require a minimum of $600 per garment cancellation fee deducted from deposit or payment made to secure the order, to cover loss of work. 

There is no transfer of monies to other orders and any costs of fabrics / patterns already purchased by the designer will require. 100% reimbursement. Change of mind of initial design value can be made if the amendments result in a higher value only as the designer has pre budgeted for the costing in advance. 

We refund all orders if the item is faulty or deemed to be not the item sold. Please notify Constantina Danis within 7 days of faulty item and return the item to HQ to be reviewed upon which immediate refund will be issued .

Only upon receipt of the garment/s will Constantina Danis dispatch a new garment/s. The customer takes all responsibility for the garment/s to be returned to Constantina Danis and Management reserves the right to reject customer’s dispute.

Under NO circumstances will a refund be given for the purchase of the Constantina Danis swimwear due to Health Regulations.

All returned items are not to have been worn; the receipt included in returned package and must have swing tags still attached. Please be advised the original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.

Return requests must be submitted via online. Your request will then be directed to our Online Store pending action. Upon completing a Return Request, please forward your garment/s to:
