Vouchers:
Each promotional voucher may only be redeemed once per household. Vouchers may only be redeemed on products selected by Constantina Danis. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other vouchers – strict limit of one voucher per order.
All sales in Australia includes GST.
Please note that we do not offer AFTER-PAY for custom made designs.
Constantina Danis will engage Australia Post to endeavour to deliver orders to Australian capital city metropolitan areas within 7-10 working days. For delivery addresses in Australian regional centers and outside metropolitan capital cities, allow at least 14 working days. In outlying areas, delivery will be may take longer. Constantina Danis do not however guarantee any specific delivery date.
Orders are normally delivered Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and to either business premises or a residence. If the premises are unattended, the order may be left according to delivery instructions.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
Product remains Constantina Danis’s property until paid for by the buyer.
A buyer may for any reason cancel their order at any time up to the time at which Constantina Danis dispatches the order from their warehouse.

Constantina Danis takes great pride in manufacturing quality products and checks each garment prior to dispatching. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Constantina Danis Online we will gladly exchange the item. Alternatively, if you are not satisfied with an exchange we will be happy to issue a store credit or full refund.
All exchange/refund requests are to be made within 7 working days from the initial date of receipt, pending the conditions below are complied with.
Please note that any SALE purchased or PROMO garment/s will NOT be refunded. An online store credit will be issued for the amount paid.
*There is no refund or exchange issued on custom made or custom ordered items.
We refund all orders if the item is faulty or deemed to be not the item sold. Please notify Constantina Danis within 7 days of faulty item and return the item to HQ to be reviewed upon which immediate refund will be issued .
No refund on custom / sale / pre- orders are offered for change of mind.
Only upon receipt of the garment/s will Constantina Danis dispatch a new garment/s. The customer takes all responsibility for the garment/s to be returned to Constantina Danis and Management reserves the right to reject customer’s dispute.
Under NO circumstances will a refund be given for the purchase of the Constantina Danis swimwear due to Health Regulations.
All returned items are not to have been worn; the receipt included in returned package and must have swing tags still attached. Please be advised the original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.
Return requests must be submitted via online. Your request will then be directed to our Online Store pending action. Upon completing a Return Request, please forward your garment/s to:

Customer Promise:
A buyer of product via the website who does not like a particular item or garment supplied (within 2 weeks of the sale) need only notify Constantina Danis as soon as possible to obtain a refund of the price paid for that item. The buyer is responsible for returning the item or garment to Constantina Danis, who will then provide a refund to the buyer. If Constantina Danis reasonably believe that a buyer has breached these terms and conditions, or has abused the Customer Promise, Constantina Danis may suspend or cancel the Customer Promise in relation to that buyer, cancel a particular order made by the buyer or close that buyer’s account.A buyer may for any reason cancel their order at any time up to the time at which Constantina Danis dispatches the order from their warehouse.
Returns:
Where product is to be returned, Constantina Danis will provide a return mail address for the buyer to return the items to. All cost of return is to be paid by the buyer.
